Guest guest Posted October 20, 2010 Report Share Posted October 20, 2010 I wanted to add: * My pain returned on Mon but that's ok, I recognize it takes more than 4 flushes for a number of people to resolve their pain. I don't know if it matters that I added an apple to my juice in the morn. I have (finally) decided to quit apples and apple juice altogether for a month and see if there's any difference in my pain. * When I switched to less juicing, I went back to cooked meals for dinner, where I have cooked veggies, grains, and beans. I notice nowadays around 10pm-6am is always my " quiet hours " when I don't experience any pain, and though I do have discomfort/pains once in a while after dinner, they are never as bad as in the mornings. I may soon experiment with adding cooked veggies and beans to all my meals (I already have oatmeal/bran in every meal) and see if that makes any difference.
