Guest guest
I looked at the FAQ link via files and it didn't answer any of my questions so here I am. I have been unwell every day all day for over 2 years. I don't have a diagnosis despite seeing 11 gastroenterologists and having numerous tests including HIDA scan which showed normal filling but an ejection fraction of 38%. 4 abdominal ultrasounds showed no stones or sludge in my GB and liver was " perfect " . My symptoms are almost constant nausea, the only thing that changes is the severity and that it can change at anytime seemingly for no reason. I also get stomach discomfort and aches in different places although, and this is the reason I am here, I do get a sort of fluttering sensation in URQ under my rib cage plus pain just below my sternum. But the pain is more of an ache that comes and goes and is certainly not really bad. The worse thing is the nausea. Anyway, saw a surgeon regarding the GB and he said that he would not recommend removing my GB because I don't display typical GB disease symptoms. I have read about alcalculous cholecystitis and thought that maybe that could be me but of course I don't know. I have been searching for a solution for over 2 years and to be honest I am really fed up with seeing all these 'miracle' cures, each one definitely saying that this one will work, for example helminthic therapy, faecal transplantation, magnesium supplementation, various diets etc., etc., so please excuse me if I seem rather cynical. I am so fed up that I want to give up searching but I can't because I just have to hope that the answer is out there somewhere. Anyway, there is no point in me saying that the stones produced by liver flushes are formed in the intestines because that will get me shot down straight away. So, bearing in mind that I am suffering from constant nausea and that just eating normal food is so difficult is there an easy liver flush that doesn't make me feel more sick just thinking about it, because I really don't think I could face drinking olive oil or epsom salts? Also, what I would really like to know is if anyone here has suffered from similar symptoms to mine? Steve
