Pre-School Vaccine Question

Hello, I'm a mom to two un-vacinated boys in New Jersey. My oldest will start

pre-school this Sept. We are looking at schools now. My question is do I ask

up front if they accept religious exemptions? (or will this raise a red flag) I

understand that they have the right to deny entry since they are not state

funded. OR do I just sneak the religious exemption in with the physical form

and hope for the best? Any other pre-school experiences would be helpful.
