Homebirth feature planned for Living Wisdom magazine

There is increasing pressure to take away our right to choose natural therapies, not to vaccinate and even to study forms of natural healing that are outside of the allopathic model (eg chiropractic, homeopathy, naturopathy, Ayurvedic medicine, etc). A woman's right to choose where and how she will birth her baby is also being seriously restricted here in Australia and in most other developed countries.Living Wisdom magazine is planning on having a homebirthing feature in our June / July issue and would love to have your input. If you have birthed at home or had trouble finding the support to birth at home or chose freebirth and would like to share your story (and images if possible) for inclusion in this feature, that would be great.You do not have to use your name unless you choose to.If you have a story to tell, please send it through to editor@... and if you have any photos, include them too (minimum of 300dpi jpg or tif and not included in the body of your text but sent as a separate attachment).If you are hand-writing your story and sending photos by mail, please be sure to include your return address so the photos can be returned.The mailing address is:Living Wisdom magazine,PO Box 177BANGALOW NSW 2479Details:1- word count - between 400 and 600 words approximately (we reserve the right to cut features that are longer though we will never do that without your approval)2- Deadline - April 15, 20123- articles may either be included in the body of an email message or sent as a microsoft word or pages for MAC attachment.
