2nd Flush with a Friend Success

I did my second flush starting last night with a friend it was her first time so

it was quite more enjoyable. She had a hundreds green stones me hundreds more

green stones and a little bigger this time. The first flush I had alot of green

and tan stones so I dont know if that means anything. The 2nd flush was no where

as bad as the 1st one. No heart racing or severe nausea this time. I am

extremely tired though I feel weak especially my muscles but I also fasted on

the Master Cleanse for 5 dys before completing this flush. My friend was cursing

me and scared for her life she felt so bad but after she seen the stones pass

she was quite amazed, felt better and wants to try it again soon. She states she

feels more energized and has more pep in her step. She weighs about 250lbs and I

weigh 158lbs we are both doing this for health reasons, to assist in ultimately

losing weight with diet and exercise, and to keep it off.

It looks like I have a few more flushes to go way too many stones and mind you I

no longer have a gallbladder so its horrible I have so many stones in my liver.

Any weight loss tips would be appreciated I have been dieting and exercising for

mths and I am not losing weight Im getting quite discouraged I've been to 2-3

doctors and all my blood work seems to be fairly normal except cholesterol. I

have no illnesses I just removed myself from Trinessa Birth Control pill Im

almost positive this was the culprit of my weight loss defeat. I've loss lbs in

the past from not exercising at all so it makes me wonder...
