Guest guest
I live in Mississippi and I have a friend at work who got his hearing aids through the State Dept. of Rehabilation at no cost because he was still working. This has been several years ago and he has gotten new ones just recently. Gene Insurance Co. refusing to pay Hello All, I have a question, what do you do when you are able to work and make a decent living, but your insurance will not help pay for " things " related to CMT. For example, my boyfriend's hearing is getting worse. He has checked with his insurance company about getting hearing aids and they refuse to help pay. Last summer when he got his AFOs his insurance company would not help with those either. What do you do? He is needing to purchase hearing aids within the next year, but they are sooo expensive. Has anyone else been in this type of situation with their insurance company? Thanks for your input, in WV http://www.cmtworld.org http://www.neurologychannel.com/charcot/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
