Parents asked to sign letter opting out ~ Help

I'm looking for information on the risks of implementing a law that would require parents to sign a letter presented by their doctor stating they are opting out. Wasn't there recent discussion on this? I want to learn more about the dangers of implementing such a rule.

they have basically done that in Washington state, to get out of vaccines

for school.

and I have other info on letters your doctor may want you to sign in

their office - will send that
