BVI Education Act of 2004 / Vax exemption advice needed

Apparently the BVI Education Act of 2004 states that all children in school must

be vaccinated.

A friend of mine found this out for me from a Govt.Dept.(I am too rattled to do

so much phoning around - it took her ages!)

They were unable to tell her what happens to home schooled children or ones born

in the territory (like mine was) since any child immigrating to here has to show

records.

My friend was advised to call back to talk to some laywer (who wasn't there at

the time) about these cases & I presume he will know about exemptions.

Any thoughts?
