Son now discussing vaccines with a friend

My almost 17 year-old, who has of late flipped from being anti-everything Mom says to an anti-vaccine, health nut seeking my advice on everything from food to personal care products (?!?), announced today that his friend and he were discussing vaccines and how Ben isn't vaxed and their boss doesn't believe in them. His friend commented that Ben never gets sick, unlike so many people. Ben said he never realized that, but it's true.

I'm stunned he's discussing this publicly after his muzzling me all these years in front of his friends. Has anyone else had this happen with their teenagers?
