Good morning, I saw these articles and just about threw my laptop! Not ONE mention of vaccinations! http://health..net/news/s/ap/autism-may-be-linked-to-obesity-during-pregnancy http://health..net/news/s/nm/mom-s-obesity-tied-to-ki-development How is THIS plausible but not the shots? Guest guest
I was at the state Capitol in Sacramento tuesday for the hearing on AB 2109, a bill that would impede our Philosophical Exemption rights. One of the Assembly persons asked about vaccines and autism - and the bills author, a pediatrician-assembly person, said the latest study points to obese mothers as the cause of autism. The bill passed the Health Committee. All the Democrats voted for it, the Republicans voted against. The Republicans have been supportive of our argument that this is a parental rights issue. But this state is heavily Democrat, and they control both the Assembly and Senate, plus we have a Democrat Governor. So they screw us over and then call us FAT. Guest guest
"Doctors and medical students lined up to show support for the bill, and each assured the committee that they would sign a waiver form for parents opting out of vaccinations." I hope someone got their names! Anyway, I know this is frustrating but 19 years ago when I stopped vaccinating my children you would not have seen many, if any parents show up to these hearings. Hundreds came? This is progress. Huge progress. Guest guest
I keep seeing this topic pop up. I know plenty of very skinny mothers with very autistic children. This is bogus.
