good grief: out of preschool

someone got CP at 's preschool and since he's unvaxxed he can't be there till Wednesday if he stays clear. she said he got a pretty good exposure. apparently it happened last week. unsure when exactly but I thought the incubation time was 2 weeks so we won't know anything for a few weeks anyway, I think it's a dumb rule and I thought it was just public school but private school is dumb too. he's the ONLY untaxed kid. in a school that caters to special needs. I can't believe it. dumb, dumb. so far, nothing. It is two weeks. Maybe your law only requires a few days out?? Hard to believe that, though. Usually it's something like until two weeks after the last case, which could go on for a long time. It is really stupid because apparently it's a vaccinated child who got this? Plus, you're okay with your child getting it, so who are they protecting? Can't be the other kids from him if he doesn't even have it.

It's times like these that you just have to say the alternative of vaccinating is worse than dealing with unfairness and ignorance.
