Guest guest
In NY, they drive around and drop rabies bates in wooded areas for the raccoons to eat. My poor pooch found a few and ate them all before we could get them out of her jaws! She died a year later of cancer, a huge tumour split open and bled all over our house, we rushed her to the vet where they had to put her to sleep in our arms. My heart still aches when I think of her. We miss her terribly and haven't adopted another pet since. Too heartbreaking to lose a member of our family like this. Rabid raccoons are a problem in highly populated areas though, so I don't really have a solution to the problem. My dog certainly didn't need any of that though.ArlynnOn Apr 17, 2012, at 11:59 AM, jnoelsagacious wrote: > > I just read recently on the naturalnews.com website that Texas was dropping rabies vaccines by airplane in a pill form for animals to eat up.
