What lawsuit is this? I'd be furious, too, if the school district that MY taxes pay to support were using the phones that MY taxes pay the bill for to harass families--especially about non-academic matters.

Winny, the original case was dismissed by Judge . In the good ole boy

network here, come to find out when I filed a request for his financial records

which all judges are required to file with the ethics commission, he has a 25-50

million dollar trust fund, which he gets around $15000 a month along with his

other investments, most likely from a Rothschild subsidiary which will most

likely go back to them when he dies, if your familiar with that. He is heavily

vested in Monstersanto, Glaxo, Sanofi and any other multinational company that

has plans to wipe us off the planet. What you must remember is that these

judges will have to be researched and a Motion to Recuse must be filed with the

COMPLAINT & DEMAND FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

NATURE OF THE ACTION

Jane Doe and Doe Minor #1 and #2 bring about this action to obtain a

declaration from this court that the State of Virginia, associated school boards

and the Federal Government agencies must keep the promises that it makes to

protect the health and well being of its residents. This action is brought

because these agencies that originally were thought to protect us, have failed

in doing so and protecting our Constitutional Right to Life, liberty and the

pursuit of happiness.

These kids are perfectly healthy and then they are told by the Lee County

School board office via Leah Herring, that they are required to get their

vaccines or they will not be allowed to start school. The majority of kids, 99%

get the Tdap booster made by Boostrix. The beginning of the year, the kids

start school and begin to spread the virus and disease from this vaccination.

Doe #2, is then exposed to this illness and becomes sick for over 3 weeks

with respiratory coughing.

The requirement that they must be vaccinated to start school is a direct lie in

that Virginia State Code says that all parents have the right to opt out for

religious purposes. However, parents aren't being told this. In addition, we

are told that we have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We

are told we have a right to freedom of religion. We are told that we have a

right to redress of our grievances. When your grievances lie with your child

who was vaccinated 20 years prior not being able to have children because he was

purposely sterilized as a direct result of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation

and United Nations plan for depopulation and the vaccine injury court is only

compensating persons who have children injured after 4 years, where is one to go

for a grievance? When you're child has permanent neurological damage, asthma

and immune system dysfunction and the doctors refuse to do anything, send your

child home to die, where are you supposed to go? When you spend hundreds of

thousands of dollars trying to cure your child with supplements and food and

Congress and government bureaucrats say we'll only compensate parents if they

have a documented case of autism or ADHD, how is that helping? When the

government officials at the CDC and FDA operate a revolving door policy where

high level government scientists and others go back and forth between related

industries they do business with and is a direct conflict of interest and shows

how biased these agencies really are.

EVIDENCE OF VACCINE HARM

These vaccines, according to Dr. Horowitz and many other doctors and medical

professionals, do nothing to protect anyone from disease and have not been

proven as such. In fact, it has been shown that these vaccines contain

mycoplasma, a disease that can disable the immune system. These vaccines are

created to kill, to weaken our population. Some of these vaccines have been

found to contain microchips, which many believe, is the mark of the beast. Yet

these same satanic cult of people are allowed to continue on profiting off of

these vaccines with government funding. The US Patent Office is also

responsible for patenting these horrific inventions that are designed to kill,

not help humans.

Per Kent Holcomb's article entitled Justification for a Federal Injunction to

Suspend all Vaccine licenses based on unreasonable health risks and causal links

to chronic disease pandemics, " prohibition against expert opinion reliance upon

poor quality and flawed data, the surviving good quality data shows the

Secretary of Health and Human Services (SHHS) was statutorily required to

suspend the National Vaccine Program(NVP) since it `more likely than not caused'

numerous neurological and immune system pandemics (e.g. autism, neurological

disorders, autoimmune disorders, etc.) "

SHHS knew of this linking data and intentionally exposed the public to these

serious risks of harm including high levels of mercury in the form of

thimerisol, toxic chemicals such as Triton X-100 and Polysorbate 80 with

nanoparticles. Instead of exposing this data, SHHS attempted to hide and then

alter the data that showed the harm. In doing so, SHHS violated the 14th

Amendment's " Constitutional Safety Guarantees " Under these horrifying

circumstances, Plaintiff asserts that both Sec. 300aa-31, 28 USC Section 1331

" Bivens Action " would apply in this instance.

EXPOSING MY CHILDREN TO UNTESTED VACCINES AND VIRUSES

The Lee County School Board via Leah Herring and Kathy , is using the

automated phone system to essentially solicit for vaccine manufacturers. By

sending out these " ROBOCALLS " to parents stating they are " required " to obtain

vaccines in order for their children to start school, when the law allows for

religious exemption, they are essentially ensuring mass profits for these

vaccine manufacturers. It is well known that most people in this area are

" religious " in that they worship God. That is the only religion that would not

want to see their children vaccinated with the mark of the beast. Lee County

School Board is ordering parents to vaccinate their children with no information

regarding the safety, purpose or ingredients in these vaccines. Lee County

School Board and the LENOWISCO Health Department via the CDC and Virginia

Department of Health, is pandering to the vaccine and pharmaceutical pill

pushers, a Billion dollar industry for the sole purpose of making them and their

retirement plans wealthy with no regard for human safety. Lee County School

Board is not qualified to understand these vaccines and does not have any clue

as to the failure rates of these vaccines. These vaccinated children are then

coming to school and exposing my children to whatever bacteria and live viruses

they have been vaccinated with.

OUTRIGHT LIES BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, FAILURE TO EDUCATE AND DOWNPLAYING THE

DANGERS OF THESE VACCINES

Per the article in the Valley Newspaper on _____, according to the Lee

County Health Department and the ____, these vaccines are improving health.

There is no evidence or any requirements by the CDC to conduct research on

vaccinated versus unvaccinated to

Per the insert in the TDAP shot, the side effects, _______vaccine contains

________. Anyone without a chemistry degree would not understand what these

ingredients actually do to the body and how they affect the central nervous

system. Nurses are not explaining to parents what these dangers are and how

unnecessary these vaccines are.

STATE OF VIRGINIA, COUNTIES AND HEALTH DEPARTMENTS PARROTING THE CDC AND VACCINE

MANUFACTURERS REGARDING VACCINE NECESSITY

PURPOSELY DUMBING DOWN OUR CHILDREN

These same individuals working at the top levels of the USDA, the EPA, the FDA

and the School boards. The Bible states that

been actually proven to be safe and effective much less necessary.

It is wrongful for these agencies to inject harmful mercury, Triton X-100 and

polysorbate 80, monosodium glutamate, aluminum particles and other hazardous

chemicals into unsuspecting children and adults.

REQUEST FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

Prayer for Relief:

That this court issue an immediate protective order around Plaintiff and family

due to current and future harassment by government officials and vaccine

manufacturers that includes but is not limited to: harassment via high

frequency noise by plane and also drive by gang stalkers, low flying plane and

helicopter harassment with laser beam and chemical biowarfare, tampering with

mail, tapping of phone lines by Mossad agents and any other devices that may be

used to destroy the health and well being of family.

To suspend all unsafe vaccine licenses.

To suspend all vaccines that contain harmful ingredients and have not been

proven safe or effective including but not limited to FLUMIST, FLUZONE,

BOOSTRIX, GARDASIL,

To suspend the US Patent office from continuing the patenting of harmful

viruses, bacteria, Nan particles, vaccines, or any other harmful substance that

can be used to harm humans.

To suspend Lee County School Board from continuing flu vaccination campaign at

ville Middle School and releasing biohazards through this program including

mercury in the form of thimerisol without a proper environmental report

detailing the effects of gases being emitted from children's arms.

To permanently ban all School Boards from continuing flu vaccination campaign at

all schools and releasing biohazards through this program.

To permanently ban all schools from requiring vaccinations that harm the health

and well being of it's students and faculty.

To require Lee County Schools to war

To disband the CDC and FDA and prevent them from further harming the life and

liberty of all Americans.

That all media outlets be required to only publish scientific data that can be

sourced to a rating of QER I or QER II.

To require that the Health Department issue an immediate letter to all people

vaccinated or public notice listing the actual side-effects of these vaccines

and not just their watered down version of the truth.

To permanently terminate the possibility of any company or government agency

using these vaccines to insert microchips into humans.

To prevent these government agencies and private corporations from using

vaccines to control the population with mind control weaponry.
