I don’t know the answer but surely it must be somewhere that they can’t terrorize you like that but w/ the job scene as it is, if you don’t want to comply they can probably say no one forced you to take the job. This is why I absolutely will not even contemplate doing anything in the medical field. I will not be forced into yearly poison. But my friend said when she was a CNA if you didn’t get the shot and got sick w/ the flu, you weren’t given paid sick leave. (yeah because it could have been prevented had you gotten the flu shot…snort) what idiots.
