Portion of Lawsuit filed in Federal Court

This is a portion of a lawsuit that was filed in Federal Court against the

School District. Specifically, the portion that is important is that the MSDS

for Thimerisol available online at any search engine says right on it " Causes

mental retardation " and is an ingredient in the Fluzone vaccine.

When filing a lawsuit in Federal court, always do a check on the judge's

financial disclosure statement. This one, Judge , dismissed the lawsuit

but had worked as head of the VA dept of Education, ironically.

FAILURE TO NOTIFY AS REQUIRED BY LAW

INJURY

58. These vaccines contain ingredients that have been found to cause multiple

health problems including but not limited to sterility, seizures, encephalitis,

brain damage, gastrointestinal damage, cancer, immune system deficiencies,

learning disabilities and death. Exposing children to toxic Mercury,

formaldehyde, aluminum, Triton X-100 and Polysorbate 80. When the Material

Safety Data Sheet by Eli Lilly for Thimerisol, an ingredient in the 2011 Fluzone

vaccine, states that exposure to the ingredient is " toxic, alters genetic

material, decreased offspring survival, lung tissue changes " and most

importantly " Exposure to mercury in utero, AND IN CHILDREN may cause mild to

SEVERE MENTAL RETARDATION and mild to severe motor coordination impairment. "

That any level above .01 mg is considered overexposure. That thimerisol, an

ingredient in the multidose 2011 flu vaccine that was used at Lee County Schools

and JMS contains .25 micrograms of thimerisol or .02 mg which is over the

occupational exposure limits set in most European countries of .01 milligrams.

That the Health Department failed to do an environmental impact study when

injecting toxic chemicals into the arms of children and exposing my children to

same vapors. By pushing these vaccines onto unwitting parents that have been

found to cause permanent neurological damage in children, the school board and

Health Department is responsible for causing learning disabilities in children

and adults. The School board is responsible for brainwashing children from an

early age that vaccines are mandatory. This assault on Doe #2 was caused

by a child who has most likely been damaged. Therefore the school board is

responsible for the assault of my son.

59. By not notifying these parents of the dangers of these vaccines and

exposing my sons to live viruses & mercury that were not present to begin with,

Leah Herring & Eleanor S. Cantrell have violated my first amendment rights to

life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. By approving this vaccine for use,

Wellington Sun, MD has single-handedly destroyed these kids lives. On

10/18/2011, the day that Health Department employees were to come to JMS to give

out the flu vaccine, Plaintiff went to the health department to notify them they

had failed to give parents the information on side-effects as required by the

federal government. When plaintiff went to the school board to notify them of

this, Mark was out of the office. She then spoke to his secretary, Kathy

Burgin. Next, plaintiff went to JMS to notify them. She was met by Brewer

and the school nurse. At that time, they stated they were canceling the

vaccination until they could hand out these forms.

60. On November 4, 2011, plaintiff mailed a letter to Mark and

Brewer requesting a ban of the Fluzone vaccine at all schools and the supporting

documentation showing the dangers of these vaccines. refused to

acknowledge the letter regarding the dangers of these vaccines, and instead

chose to reschedule the vaccine for a future date. The vaccine was given and

again, two weeks later after being exposed via airborne particulate, my sons

were sick.

61. That by allowing a product on the market that is actually designed to kill

and incapacitate people should be illegal and is grossly negligent. That by

allowing a product to be distributed nationwide that has not ever been proven to

prevent the flu and in fact acts as a bioweapon in it's methods by exposing

unvaccinated and vaccinated individuals to unwanted viruses and foreign DNA is

grossly negligent. That by exposing already immune compromised individuals to

the viruses that have previously been injured by vaccines is comparable to

murder.
