My 2 cents/experience on this subject. The Bullies have the most friends. I know

that

from being a kid. As an adult with children that attend schools in Los Angeles

county. I see nice kids and mean kids. BUT.... The worst kids are the kids from

inner city. Even the inner city girls are mean.

The parents are as mean as the kids. The school dosen' t want to deal with

them. They let way to many things go. I was told by the school to keep Adam off

a certain school track because the kids were so bad.
