It doesn't look like you need to be in New Zealand to sign this petition and with the Trans-Tasman Harmonisation meaning that rules in one country affect another and the whole GATT treaty, this sort of draconian legislation can have world-wide effects. Let's send a very strong message to say that we can grow, buy, and consume the foods we think are best - not what the Monsanto-government conglomerates say.
