Rabies and cattle vaccines

I just read recently on the naturalnews.com website that Texas was dropping

rabies vaccines by airplane in a pill form for animals to eat up. I'm unsure

what motive is behind this other than contaminating the wild animals.

Does anyone have the research documentation regarding rabies being ineffective?

Also, in SW Virginia, cattle producers are being told they will receive extra

money from the gov't if the vaccinate cattle with live virus vaccine. These

cattle are then to be sent down to Texas. Last year because of the drought many

cattle producers had to sell out. I believe we are on the cusp of a major die

off in livestock. I don't understand why nobody is filing suit for all these

vaccines tainting the meat and spreading disease?

Apparently, two muslim men had come down with ulcers on their hands after

slaughtering goat/sheep for Ramadan? They had cut themselves. Are we nearing

another foot and mouth outbreak? Everyone break out the Newman movie Hud!
