Something is wrong with the Facebook page or someone has hacked it. It is

autoposting the hearing and meeting the night before on the wall with the

incorrect times. The posts say they were being done by people that I had

spoken to who had not even been online all day. Don't rely on FB for

accurate information. Please join

www.nvicadvocacy.org if you have not already, all updated

information will be there. If there is a change at all, that's where you

will find it.

Nothing has changed at this time regarding the hearing or meeting the

night before. The hearing is still at 1:30pm at the State Capitol at 10th

& L in Sacramento, Room 4202, the Assembly Health Committee room.

Some of us will be there at NOON at the main entrance outside of the

Capitol. Please don't be there any later than 12:30pm as it may take us

all awhile to get through security. We need to be at the hearing just

before 1:30pm, we can't be late, they can make changes last minute if we

are not there.

The meeting the night before is still at 6:30pm at THRIVE Church, 3109

Dwight Road, Elk Grove, CA 95758. Dr. Tim O'Shea, Dr. Mark Cymerint, and

myself will be speaking at this meeting.

The Facebook page is listing both events an hour later than they are and

no matter how many times we try to change it, it won't work.

We are asking everyone to wear black (as professional as possible) and we

will provide blank white nametags and sharpies for you to write whatever

you would like on your tag. We will have a few signs with us when we are

outside but will have to get rid of them before entering the

Capitol.

We really want to reach 1,000 signatures by tomorrow. Send it

around.

If you wish to speak, prepare a 3 minute statement. Please understand

that there is a strong possibility that they won't allow everyone who

wants to speak to do so. We will do everything we can to get them to

allow everyone their say. We do know that every person in opposition gets

to stand up at the poteum, say their name and that they oppose. They

could limit it to that. But your being there as a physical body in

opposition is extremely important. Please know how important it is for

you to attend whether you get to make a full statement or not. It is

fine, and welcomed, for you to bring your children. That is what this is

all about. Please email me any last minute questions, don't hestitate, no

matter how small or even if you have not been in contact with me before.

I want to make sure everyone has what they need as we prepare to attend

this epic event.

Thank you so much to those of you who have worked so hard on this,

supported me, given generous donations, and believed in this effort. I am

overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every one of you. I can't wait to

meet all of you wonderful people in person in the coming two days.

your phone calls and faxes, please take the time to do so TODAY! Last

check, all offices could use more calls. When I was there last week, some

offices had received over 100 calls and some only 40. This is the final

push, we are making a huge difference, please don't let up for a

minute.

Lastly, please forward this information to anyone you think needs to have

it. I may have missed adding a few people to the list this week who have

contacted me because I've simply been overwhelmed.
