Guest guest
I found a place that has it. It's an hours drive, which is manageable if necessary. What do you think about having an xray done instead? Also, one lab that I called said they do a urine test. Do you think that would work? -Kathy Re: alternative to tb test - ontario Hi kathyDid you google it?I googled on quantiferon ontarioand a bunch of info comes up about it and Ontario.and googled on quantiferon ontario oshawaand a bunch of pages come up - i haven't read them.Let me know if you did that alreadySheriAt 10:40 AM 5/24/2012, you wrote:>I'm trying to find info regarding an alternative to the tuberculin test. Guest guest
After further discussions with the school, I think we will skip the tb test. If they push it further down the road, I'll discuss urine with my dr or else go the blood root. The school is willing to accept her as long as she meets the health dept. criteria, and the health dept. there has requested that her records be faxed over (her original exemption forms). The school is a boarding school with kids from all over the world, so they've cautioned me regarding the possibility of some of the kids coming in carrying who knows what illnesses. -Kathy Re: alternative to tb test - ontario Hi kathy Did you google it?
