California - AB2109 JUST PASSED Appropriations Committee

AB2109 JUST PASSED out of the Appropriations Committee – DEMOCRATS

ALL VOTED YES; REPUBLICANS ALL VOTED NO! Just

like the Assembly Health Committee.

California is a DEMOCRAT STATE. This bill will pass just like AB499

(allows 12 year olds to be vaccinated for STDs WITHOUT PARENTAL KNOWLEDGE

or CONSENT). This bill was PASSED by DEMOCRATS (Jerry Brown included!).

Next step is the Assembly Floor. CALIFORNIANS, if you value YOUR RIGHT to

say WHAT is INJECTED into YOUR CHILD; YOU MUST CONTACT your ASSEMBLY

PERSON NOW, and URGE a NO VOTE on AB2109. If you don't, YOU WILL LOSE

YOUR RIGHTS for MEDICAL CARE for YOUR CHILD! If this bill passes, this

will open up all kinds of MANDATES for MEDICAL CARE in this STATE. YOU

WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS TO CHOOSE WHICH MEDICAL CARE YOU WANT FOR YOURSELF OR

YOUR FAMILY!!!
