Guest guest
Hello, I am a mother to a 15 month old and am starting to look into pre-schools for my daughter who will start in the fall of 2013. I am trying to be proactive as possible but as time passes, I am becoming more and more anxious that I will be denied an education for my daughter due to my beliefs regarding not having her vaccinated. Has anyone gone through this process on Long Island? If so what was your experience? I have been so preoccupied with this that I think I am looking to have someone give me some hope that I will be able to enroll her in the school system here. I realize this could be a challenge and I am up for that, but the more and more that I hear about the challenges that parents have across the nation it makes me nervous as New York has such strict laws pertaining to vaccinations. Any feedback regarding Long Island would be helpful! Thank you so much! Kris
