Question regarding shingles

Hi all,

My friend is visiting her parents and she just learned her father has shingles.

She has two young children - a three year old and one year old. She asked me if

there is anything she can do for the kids. I informed her to pump the kids with

Vit D3, vit C, etc. Also asked her if her dad would entertain visiting Chinese

med practitioner to help himself, but I doubt it since he is a pediatrician and

very mainstream from what I've been told. I know it is possible for the kids to

contract chicken pox. Her kids are unvaxed.

Is there anything else I can add? Just a wait a see?
