Guest guest
I was diagnosed with CMT when I was six. I missed about 4 months of school because I was misdiagnosed with Huntington's Chorea due to my tremors but it turned out to be my CMT - my parents had hoped I had missed having CMT, but during the first grade it began. I have to say that fatigue has always been a problem for me - even when I was much younger - I'm 47 now. I really have to pace myself. I do have one tip - a friend of mine gave me some socks for Christmas. They are Red Head brand and came from a outdoors store. They are very thick and meant to be worn during extreme cold, but I wear them all the time because of the extra padding. I recommend them highly. Thanks for all the information I find here - it is helpful and I appreciate it.
