Yet ANOTHER complaint to the TGA - Freedom of Speech Under Threat! As you are probably aware, a complaint was filed a couple of months ago regarding our listing of the DVD, One Answer to Cancer, for sale on our website. This DVD tells the story of how black salve has been used by individuals to cure their cancers and even though we were selling a DVD about a health issue and not the actual remedy itself, the TGA claimed that this was the same as advertising Black Salve for sale and we should remove the DVD from our website or face prosecution and hefty fines.We sought legal advice and were told that we could fight against certain provisions of this complaint but that it would cost time and money that we just didn't have so we decided to simply comply with the TGA and remove the DVD which we did by their deadline.We thought this would be the end of the story but obviously, it was just the beginning.On May 5th, I did an interview with Leon Pittard of Fairdinkum radio on the current threats to health freedom and freedom of speech and during that interview, (click here to read a transcript, click here to listen) we discussed the issue of the AVN being forced to remove this DVD from our website. An anonymous correspondent has filed a 14-page complaint (click here to view complaint) with the TGA, claiming that the interview was not actually a discussion regarding freedom of speech and health choice in Australia. Instead, it was an advertisement for black salve and both Leon Pittard and myself were named as being the 'perpetrators' of this advertisement! Perhaps the TGA doesn't get the irony of this situation, but Leon and I certainly do and I'm sure you do too! Leon sent out a press release entitled Australian Thought Police Target Free Speech, which has had very wide coverage online both within and outside of Australia with thousands of websites mirroring his content and hundreds sending him letters of support. Despite this (perhaps not surprisingly). no mainstream media has picked up this press release. Perhaps they don't yet realise that they would also be under threat were these sorts of draconian complaints allowed to proceed every time someone didn't like what they were saying or who they were interviewing?Leon has also done a follow-up interview called Free Speech in Australia. He spoke with Malcolm of the Galileo Movement, Hereward Fenton of Truth News Radio Australia and myself about the current threats posed by a government which seems all too ready, willing AND able to remove or restrict a broad swathe of our rights as Australian citizens.How to proceed? Do you think the AVN has a case to answer? Do you see any danger in telling people that discussing factual events within the media is the same as advertising products for sale? Do you feel that this sort of activity is a waste of time and taxpayer dollars as well as a threat to freedom of speech and freedom of communication?If so, you might want to consider going to the following website - God's Own Medicine - where you can listen to an interview conducted by Norman Swan of ABC radio with Dormandy, author of a book on the history of opium. This is an excellent interview I originally heard when it first aired a few weeks ago. In it, Mr Dormandy and Mr Swan discuss the superiority of opium as a painkiller and bemoan the fact that it is not available for that purpose any longer. They talk about whether prohibition of drugs actually works and is beneficial for the health of society or not.Surely, this is an advertisement for a banned substance, Opium, and the TGA should be notified of this fact? If you believe this sort of communication should not be allowed, please file a quick and easy online complaint with the TGA's Complaints Resolution Panel (CRP). Live Virus Vaccines Can Combine to Cause New, Deadly Diseases

From the "No sh*t, Sherlock, school of medicine, comes this shocking announcement that injecting live virus vaccines into animals (and humans) can lead to a recombination of the viral DNA, leading to newer and more deadly diseases. The only ones shocked by this, apparently, are the doctors who have obviously been sleeping under a rock for the last 60 years because this phenomenon has been noted for at least that long. HIV and Ebola sound familiar - perhaps with a side of Hansa virus? All these and so many more are thought to be vaccine associated recombinant viruses.

Aussie Boys Now Safe From Cervical Cancer

I'm sure we're all relieved that the government has agreed to spend tens of millions of dollars protecting our precious boys from HPV - the virus which some think - but aren't quite sure - might cause cervical cancer. Of course, this also appears to be the most dangerous vaccine released to date and it's heavily contaminated with viral HPV DNA which could potentially CAUSE cancer, but let's look at the bright side - we are the first country in the world to introduce this nationwide. Aren't you proud?

UK National Health Service 'kills off' 130,000 elderly patients each year

It is illegal to help an intelligent adult to end their own life because of pain and suffering, but in the UK, "Professor Pullicino said doctors had turned the use of a controversial 'death pathway' into the equivalent of euthanasia of the elderly." This form of killing can take 33 hours or more and can lead to an agonising death which the person in question had never asked for. Do you feel comfortable having a doctor decides when and how you will die?

War on Health - The FDA's Cult of Tyranny

This is a not-to-miss video by Dr Null, author of so many great books and videos such as Death by Medicine. The first part is an introduction by Dr Null at the movie's premiere. Skip this if short on time. But do NOT skip this movie. It will give you an eye-opening (and depressing) insight into why so many of us are sick and how we got that way. Replace "FDA" with "TGA" and you start to get the picture.

Flu crisis swamps Perth hospitals...or does it?

Doctors in Perth are working overtime battling to save the lives of people who are threatened with the worst flu season since 2009, year of the AH1N1 'Swine Flu' pandemic. But wait a minute, wasn't 2009 the mildest flu season we have ever had on record? And weren't fewer people hospitalised with that particular strain of flu then with other strains? (Pity about the hundreds of kids who reacted to the vaccine though). Lastly, isn't the strain now circulating different from the strains that are in the vaccine, meaning there is no point to getting vaccinated? Ah, but the government has lots of vaccines to offload and if they aren't used, it's once again tens of millions of dollars down the gurgler. So let's all be true blue and get our flu shots anyway!

Should we be concerned about the unregulated release of genetically modified mosquitoes?

In the last 12 months, millions of monster mosquitoes - genetically modified in laboratories to 'test' their effectiveness at reducing the risk of mosquito-borne illnesses - have been released into the wild without either the knowledge or permission of local inhabitants. We have no idea how safe these sorts of experiments are yet 'scientists' in their incredibly hubris, continue to take these risks on our behalf. Townsville, QLD, Florida and Malaysia are just a few of the locations for this uncontrolled experiment. This article makes a good case for the need to regulate this sort of testing - NOW!
