Guest guest
" Tom Skinner, a spokesman for the CDC, said that although it may come to mind, the outbreaks are probably not the result of the increase in the number of parents choosing not to vaccinate their children from certain diseases. “It’s not likely that vaccine refusal is having a large role in this,” he said. “Pertussis is a bacterium that’s cyclical in nature. We see these outbreaks from time to time as immunity wanes in our populations.” http://www.everydayhealth.com/cold-and-flu/0719/whooping-cough-epidemic-increases-cases-by-tenfold.aspx?xid=aol_eh-news_19_20120716_ & aolcat=HLT & icid=maing-grid7|aim|dl22|sec1_lnk2 & pLid=181445 Whooping Cough: An Epidemic in Washington State " Sheri Nakken, former R.N., MA, Hahnemannian Homeopath Vaccination Information & Choice Network, Washington State, USA Vaccines - http://vaccinationdangers.wordpress.com/ Homeopathy http://homeopathycures.wordpress.com Vaccine Dangers, Childhood Disease Classes & Homeopathy Online/email courses - next classes start July

Guest guest
I think the whooping cough is going through our family. It’s not confirmed, as there was no way I was going to go to the doctor and have the CDC bothering us. We’ve been treating it homeopathically. It’s not pleasant, but not horrible. The hard thing is how long it lasts—4 of us have been sick, varying from 1 week to 2 weeks of flu-like symptoms and bad cough, with several more weeks of lingering cough and tiredness. My kids were vaccinated as babies, but I have since stopped, so no more boosters. Amy

Guest guest
He openly admits that it is not eradicatable, is cyclical and even includes examples of vaccinated children contracting the disease. Interesting. Sherie, If this is a bacterium, which they admit why would they think a vaccine would work anyway? Aren't they for viruses?Vicki From: Sheri Nakken <vaccinedangers@...> Sent: Friday, July 20, 2012 9:46 AM Subject: Whooping Cough: An Epidemic in Washington State "Tom Skinner, a spokesman for the CDC, said that although it may come to mind, the outbreaks are probably not the result of the increase in the number of parents choosing not to vaccinate their children from certain diseases. “It’s not likely that vaccine refusal is having a large role in this,†he said. “Pertussis is a bacterium that’s cyclical in nature. Guest guest
Used to be just for what they called viruses (smallpox & polio & MMR for example) but now many vaccines 'for bacterial caused disease' - meningococcal ones, prevnar, hib, diphtheria, tetanus, and more in the works. No vaccine works for any of them Sheri At 10:50 AM 7/20/2012, you wrote: He openly admits that it is not eradicatable, is cyclical and even includes examples of vaccinated children contracting the disease. Guest guest
I'd stay away from the doctor, too (and have), although I don't think the CDC would bother you so much as your local health department. As a matter of fact, a friend's dad had it and a couple of his doctors agreed that's what it sounded like, but none even offered to test him for it. They were quite unconcerned. Weird. And you'd think your kids at least would still be "protected" since they were more recently vaxed.
