Homeopathic resources/kits - the information below can be confusing,

so print it out and study it and ask questions

1. 200C best to get if you are going to complete my class

(otherwise better to use 30C)

2. #15 or #20 size pellets easier to use - tiny bead where you use

just one

3. #10 size pellets are very tiny and hard to get 1 pellet out of

the bottle - can use 2 or 3 if difficult to get out of the bottle, for

minor acutes and first aid

So if going to complete my class - 200C, #20 size pellets/beads

If not going to complete, 30C, #20 size pellets

Again, NOT required.......

It is helpful to get a kit of remedies so you have them on hand - this is

NOT required for the class but really helpful for you to have

remedies. If you have to run out to the store every time, not too

helpful (and costs more). And what if something happens when store

is closed. Also can save a lot of money in the long run.

Buy the largest kit you can afford........

IF you complete this class with me you will need 200C potency

for minor acutes and first aid - NEVER USE 200c for anything

recurring or chronic or you could have major aggravations. Also

don't use 200C in very elderly or people very depleted in injury or with

serious chronic illness.

Otherwise, use 30C or 30X potency if you are more unsure.

But with healthy children and adults with minor acutes and first aid,

usually you will need 200C remedies to be effective (I will teach you how

to give them in water).

It is hard to get only 1 or 2 of the #10 pellets (like flakes - it is

what Hahnemann used but I find it hard)

Castro's Complete Kit - sounds good but it is 30c (all the remedies in

her book)

I would phone them and talk to them and get 200c in the number you can

afford and the larger pellets if you can - MEDIUM #20 (Miranda said

she thought they would do this)

I use this one often:

I also have a homeopathy kit at home as suggested by my pediatrician. You

can order the home kit direct from the company. it has most of what I've

needed so there's no rush to find a remody in the middle of the night. I

just go to the kit!

Another book I use is a homeopathy book, mostly as a cross reference for

what I find in the " Smart Medicine " book above. It gives me

confidence to cross reference.
