I read your message about AFOs & airport security. I don't leave home without

them.

I have not been on an airplane since 2000, but did not have trouble before

that. i plan to fly to Houston from St. Louis and am forewarned. I do not

believe mine will set off the alarm since I have no metal in them , just

velcroe. I

too wear heavy knee length sox INSIDE my AFOs for cushions.
