Guest guest Posted March 3, 2000 Report Share Posted March 3, 2000 Hi Everyone, I just could not wait any longer. I had to measure after only 6 days of Lifelifting. I lost one inch from my waist and one inch from my hips. Those were the only 2 areas I measured when I started, I am sure I released a few other inches in areas I did not measure, but I don't want to get obsessed with the tape measure. I got rid of my scale a while ago...I was just too obsessed with it. I would weigh myself all day. I also picked up a book that I got for 25 cents at the used book sale at my local public library a few months ago. It is called Thin Within by Judy Wardell. The premise is very similar to the books Hedra has shared with us by Antonello, i.e. eat what you want only when you are hungry and sitting down, etc. What I like about this book is that it is a 30 day program with very short chapters and charts/worksheets that keep me focused and accountable. I need the structure, and it really takes only a few minutes to complete. At the risk of creating a post that is toooo long, I want to say that I can really identify with Tami and Wanda. I have such bad knees that I can't do kneeling exercises. I do a few of them kneeling in the bed though. I also have a LOT of weight to lose and difficulty sleeping .
