Bonnie,

Thanks for the prior post of encouragement. It is so nice to know that

others are cheering you on!

I find myself holding the breaths a little longer than Rashelle, and it seems

to be fine. I think that some positions are more conducive to achieving that

really strong " gasp " at the end of the breath. I also think that we have to

hold our breath a little longer, because it takes us longer to get to that

part of the breath, since we are still learners and are concentrating on

getting the first part of the breath correct.

It seems to me that it would be just fine to place your arm where ever you

are able, in order to get your leg stretched to the opposite side. Besides,

even if it's a little less than optimum, which I'm not sure that it is, there

isn't much chance your arm is gonna grow anymore, so go for it, anyway you

can!

Have a great day and continue to breath whenever you think about it! You're

doing great and we are all very proud of the steps toward success that you

have made!

Sincerely,

Tami

<< Hi Everyone, Just wanted to say I did the Workout #1 tape and like so many

of you said, it sure does go by fast!!!!!!! I REALLY like it!!!!!!!!! I just

have a question for Rashelle and any others that can help me here. On a lot

of the positions after the pah and getting in position, it seems like you

only hold for maybe a count of 3-4. Are we supposed to hold longer? Seems

like I don't get a gasp as I'm only holding for a count of 3-4. I know you,

Rashelle, are so used to your breath and the workouts but I was wondering if

after pahing and then only holding for 3 or 4 seconds will be enough for me?

I really don't get much of a gasp. I do however really love the positions and

you are so great Rashelle. Oh yeah, also, on the one where you out your arm

under your knee and pull, I have very short arms and legs and can't get my

elbow under my knee!!!!! Is it OK to just put my arm under as far as I can?

Will I get the same benefits or do I need to do a different position there?

Thanks for any help you can give me. Thank goodness you guys are here. Please

know I really do appreciate ALL of you.

God bless, Bonnie >>
