Another question if you all don't mind.

I'm learning on the list about the Evening of Primrose Oil and Udo's oil.

What is the difference between the both; do we need both in our daily diets;

which brand is the most recommended; etc.

I just started the UDO's and I take Primrose too! I will see if I can find the information that I saved that someone sent awhile back about the UDO's and forward it to you now. So far, I feel pretty good about taking them together. I am feeling great, in spite of being short on sleep.
