Early Morning Video

Well, I am so thrilled!! I got up at 5:15 this a.m.

and instead of walking (hubby is out of town), I did

my LifeLift video and Whoa, that a difference it makes

in my attitude to do it in the a.m. The combination

of being relaxed and energized at the same time is an

awesome way to come to work. I may have to start

getting up even earlier so I can do the LL in the

mornings from now on. It was definitely worth it.

Also, I talked to a friend this morning and he said,

Boy, you are really feeling good today, I can tell in

your voice!!

I find that by doing even a few Life Lift breaths in the morning it sets the stage for my whole day. That is why I started doing them in the shower and while brushing my hair. You have inspired a lot of people with your great message.
