YES I AGREE SWIMMING IS GOOD FOR CMT, YOU FEEL MORE FREE

AND MOVABLE. IT DOES HELP THE FINE SENSORY MOTORY MUSCLES

N NEVERES. THIS METHOD OF EXCERCISE BEING IN WATER IS ONE

OF THE LESS STRESSFUL WAYS OF MOVING YOUR BODY HAS YOU ARE

LIGHT IN THE WATER, OF COURSE IF YOU KNOW HOW TO SWIM OR

KEEP YOURSELF FLOATING. THERE ARE SO MANY WONDERS THAT

SWIMMING CAN DO FOR CMT YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO TRY IT IF YOUR

NOT AFRAID OF WATER.
