Guest guest Posted January 14, 2004 Report Share Posted January 14, 2004 YES I AGREE SWIMMING IS GOOD FOR CMT, YOU FEEL MORE FREE AND MOVABLE. IT DOES HELP THE FINE SENSORY MOTORY MUSCLES N NEVERES. THIS METHOD OF EXCERCISE BEING IN WATER IS ONE OF THE LESS STRESSFUL WAYS OF MOVING YOUR BODY HAS YOU ARE LIGHT IN THE WATER, OF COURSE IF YOU KNOW HOW TO SWIM OR KEEP YOURSELF FLOATING.
