Hi, I bought the Life lift video about a month and a half ago, but due to illness didn't do it as much as I should. After reading all your messages, I got inspired, and started doing at least 15 minutes for the last week. Well, I lost 1/2 inch on each thigh, and 1/2 inch on my hips. But the best news is,,,I haven't used my Nitro all week! I have very bad circulation, and was in danger of losing 3 toes this winter, and my Doctor put me Nitro patches. I can't take most heart meds cause I have WPW and they tend to interfere with my rhyme. (sp)

I hate taking any pills, drugs, etc. so I reluctantly went on the patches and they helped. My circulation got better in my hands and feet. When I started to LL regularly, I noticed I was warmer, so (looking for any excuse to be off meds) I tried a day without the patches. Then I tried a second day. and so on, and now it's been a week, no nitro, and my feet are getting pink! The dark purple parts are fading <Yeah> I'd look really funny this summer in my Birks and no toes <grin>

Anyways, I just wanted to share, and say thanks to le.
