Guest guest
Hi Everyone, The list sure has been quiet for a few days. I thought that I would send out a message that might be helpful for someone. I totally believe that LifeLift breathing combined with flexing certain muscles can sculpt that specific part of your body. I believe this because I am watching it work on my own body. When starting to sculpt your body, I think it is important to look at your specific body and decide where you need to balance yourself out. By doing this, you are more fully able to visualize the new body you want. Visualization is a very important step in achieving your goals. It very well could be the difference between being able to achieve your goal or falling along the wayside, confused about why it works for someone else but not for you! The thing to remember is that we want our bodies balanced, so, start with the most out of balance measurement. Remember when Rashelle told us how to tell if our bodies were proportioned? If not, here is what she said. You want your Bust and Hip measurement to be the same. You want your waist to be at least 10 inches smaller than your Hip and Bust measurement. You want your thigh to be 16 inches smaller than your Hip and you want your arm to be half of what your thigh is. With this in mind and tape measure in hand, take a look at yourself in a full length mirror. Which of these measurements is the farthest out of whack! That in my opinion is where you should start. Remember to find movements and exercises that Flex that particular part of your body. Squeeze that fat right out of your problem area. Squeeze, Squeeze, Squeeze those muscles tight. There are many ways to flex our muscles. My particular problem area is my hips and thighs. They aren't all that out of balance, but they are out of balance. I am very creative at finding ways to flex these muscles and breath through the day. I also drink a lot of distilled water every day to flush this squished fat on out. The cellulite and thigh cream under my hose is making my skin so much softer and smoother too. I really think it is helping to breakup the surface fat (cellulite). If you need help with specific positions to target your specific area, just post to the list. I am sure someone out there is in the same situation and together we can get it figured out! ~KarmaWould you like to know how much Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat your body needs?
