You know...the thought of making people laugh just tickles my toes! I

had a really odd day:I was at one patient's home and his grandson ran

in with the police chasing him, I was ALL OVER creation in my car

today, and my arm has been hurting and my hip, too. I was afraid I

was getting what my father has: inclusion body myocitis (a form of

Musscular Dystrophy). I usually NEVER hurt but now it is so bad I got

in to see my doctor today...it is NOT IBM...hooray, just strained

rotator cuff and sciatic nerve on the hip is inflamed: both

treatable. I have to start swimming again...look out, Shamu!

Seriously, I am a faithful LL'er but have not lost any inches...but

certainly have improved health. I really think the problem is in my

head. I eat about the same stuff Celine eats (the tiny little girl

from Taiwan who stays with us) and I am up and running much longer.

She weighs 98 pounds soaking wet and as for me...well, NEVERMIND! :>)

As I have said before, I think LL is the BEST exercise going: I

definitely get a work out but I am not getting something through my

head. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Libby....YOU get to bed!! Ha!! Hey...if someone is offended by your songs,

then it is THEIR problem!! I love them!! A great sense of humor is healthy

and wondeful!! You put a smile on our faces....believe me, your songs mean a

lot more to us then you probably realize!

Maggie!!!! Girl GET TO BED!!! hahaha...thanks about the songs...I

just occasionally get very goofy...These things come to me very fast

and I have to type them as they come to mind. I was concerned if I

get too goofy and would offend someone so I really appreciate your

comments.
