Guest guest
I love a glass of wine, and also lager, but only one a night (unless I'm staying with my parents - they could drink for England!! LOL my dad has always had a couple of glasses of wine with a meal, and he still mountain bikes etc. I think it varies within families and even family members. Remember that the list is only a guide and some of the drugs on the list are only a theoretical risk. That means that we need to be aware, but not all of them are contraindicated in CMT. Guest guest
I don't really drink that much but on the occasion when I do drink I can feel the effects the next morning. Not sure how to explain it, but my feet feel " weaker " and there is an increased numbness. This goes away of course, but I do think it really effects CMT. I don't post that often but I do appreciate all the information I receive from everybody - it is appreciated.
Guest guest
This alcohol debate puzzles me. Drinking alcohol is an option in life. If it makes CMT worse why take the chance??
