Guest guest
Barbara My Rt foot hurts so much .Sometimes I can not walk. My x-rays came back negative. I am making an appointment with a foot doctor next week. Someone told me about planters fitchitus. (The spelling is off..) But it is very painful and cortisone shots help. I'll see next week...I even had special molds made of my feet to make shoe inserts.. It did not relieve any of the pain...They thought since I walk so differently that I was putting too much pressure on my foot causing the pain...I tried Vioxx.. it did not help....I take neurontin... which helps alot... I hope you feel better..... Christin
Guest guest
I have problems with this. when xrays could not find the problem I consulted a chiropractor. It was determined that due to the uneven gait when I walk I get my whole body out of line. that was causeing the pain the chiroprator said. Well i figured what did I have to loseso I let him adjust me. I now go twice a month and have a massage and adjustment. A friend of mine who also has CMT also goes twice a month and she says it helps her a lot too. So good luck getting relief.
