contest. The contest will end May 10th.

If you would like to join the contest,

we would love to have you join. You

have ALL DAY TODAY, to add to your

workout. Be sure to go to eGroups TODAY

to log in your workouts. The poll will

close at the end of the day and the

results will be sent to the list, so

everyone can be motivated by your

workout efforts.

This is just one part of the contest.

The other two parts are full body

part is the actual difference in your

weight and inches before and after. So,

be sure to send your before weight and

measurements to Karma too. Take:
