Thanks to all of you who responded to this posting. I greatly appreciate all the

advice.

My ob/gyn thinks it could be carpel tunnel. We are playing it by ear for a

couple of weeks before she refers me to a neurologist.

Until then...

hi there, I found eatting too much sugar made my fingers and toes numb when I

was pregnant. I love ice cream and ate it alot during my last

pregnancy..couldnt get enough of it.. ( At the time, I didnt know I had CMT )

The doctor told

me to cut down on my sugar intake and I did and the numbness subsided..my

first pregnancy no problems, other then so tired.. and I only gained 20 pounds..

mmm that was 26 years ago, Second pregnancy was more difficult..gain lots of

weight..due to the ice cream.. I had morning sickness all 9 months...I think

that is why I ate so much..lol anyhow.. that was 22 years ago.. I dont think I

had any problems relating to the CMT while pregnant, but then i didnt know I

had CMT, so I probably blamed every ache and a pain on being fat and pregnant..

where does time go..lol Carol
