Guest guest
My kefir grains are going thru a stage where they are one huge ball and daily more gets added to it. Actually I have 2 big balls of grains. So, they go thru stages, huh? Kinda like people as they evolve! Interesting! I learn more about them all the time. The kefir lately has been very mild and tasty. Pam Re: Shapes of kefir grains It is a stage they go through. I love the consistency of kefir made with flat grains.
