Still having problems...

I have gone from floating grains to curd like layer at bottom and fluid

milk on top. I have tried adjusting the milk amount that last two days

and letting it go longer but no luck. What am I doing wrong?

Well, when you stir it all together and taste it, how is it? Because that's

what is important.

Well the problem seems to have resolved itself. I am wondering if it

has something to do with the pineapple that I had sitting next to it

for two days? I gave it a stir a few times instead of just agitating

the jar and the pineapple is now gone so could be either I guess.
