I having been making kefir that iI got from Marilyn now for about a

month and getting good results, but I knew nothing about this stuff and

how to get it started am the kind of person that needs to see it done

before I can do it I know I;m a littile slow ha ha. I just wanted to

tell people that I went on line to www.timelesshealth.net/kefir and for

ten dollars you can purchase his videos that shows yoy step by step and

has so much good info about kefir. Best money I ever spent. Hope this

is a help to any one who needs it.
