Just a quick thank you for all the input on whey. I'll have to look

closer at the cookbook.

I'm using the whey I've got to get a sourdough starter going-- thanks

for the idea, ! I'd just been thinking about getting another

starter going (my last one died out some time ago. . . . . . )

I look forward to trying more things with the whey I'll be getting in

the future.

What a great group!
