Guest guest Posted December 22, 2008 Report Share Posted December 22, 2008 I ran out of whole milk, We had heavy cream in the fridge. So I made a batch with the heavy cream. It was the best Kerfir I ever had. It super charged the grains...LOL. The grains quad-drupled in size and overflowed my jar. The kerfir was so thick/creamy it was amazing. Even the next 4-5 batches were super thick and creamy.
