Guest guest
My babies also have this type of problem but it gets better as they get older and by 2 1/2 are able to drink the cow's milk. I did use goat milk with one of them before that age. The beneficial bacteria in kefir should make it easier to digest but you will have to watch the diaper/area for rash or for constipation (or the runs) as well. If your baby still has trouble try a gradual switch to milk/kefir. Our last child still drank the milk but also had a spoonful of pickle juice (or graham crackers) every few days to relieve the constipation. By age 3 she is fine with all dairy.
