Hi Joyce. I buy malt syrup in jars. Have found it at my local bulk barn

although not in bulk and at the health food section of my supermarket.

Another place to look would be u-brew stores as it is used in beer making.

However do be careful not to get " hopped " malt as it has been prepared with

hops and is very bitter.

It is a very thick syrup and as such is rather difficult to manage without

getting sticky stuff all over. The taste is very close to the malted milk

balls without the chocolate factor.

Malted milk mix is rather different than true malt syrup.
