stringy, shredded shape grains.

Hello. I noticed my grains seem to have a sweet smell and look a bit

shredded in shape. Like coleslaw? Any thoughts? My last batch had a

ton of the gooey good stuff, but this batch doesn't have that? I am

using Raw cows milk.
