The acidity ate my water grains and most of them went through the strainer. I think this is what happens when you put lemon juice in the recipe. It eats away at them, which is why they stay so small. I have been putting the soak water from goji berries with the main recipe and they seem to like that. The recipe is: 3 pints mineralized or coral calciumized (new word) water (1/4 tsp of coral calcium) 1 pint soak water from a handful of goji berries 2/3 cup sugar 2-4 cups water grains Marilyn -- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
