Guest guest
Hi - Anyone who stuggles with aches and pains should read this article. http://www.immunesupport.com/library/bulletinarticle.cfm?ID=5250 & PROD=P217 As a registered dietitian and someone on disability, I assess vitamin D intake in all of my clients, but I only recommend sunshine, food sources of vitamin D, or affordable vitamin D supplements, usually paired with calcium. Calcium / vitamin D chews work well (Viactiv, Calciwise... generics are avaible at Walgreens and Walmart); they meet nutritional needs and can satisfy a sweet tooth! Has anyone been diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency? Believe me, I'm not blaming CMT on vitamin D, but just imagine how much worse our aches and pains would be with a vitamin D deficiency on top of it. If you can't break your tanning booth habit, tell your worried friends and family you do it for the vitamin D (although I don't recommend tanning booths). Seasonal Affective Disorder lights also provide vitamin D. Danita
